My Order

For hygiene reasons, unsealed, worn, tried on, or modified extensions cannot be returned.

For eligible products, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

The preparation time and the delivery time are two distinct periods.

Preparing your order generally takes 3 to 6 business days. Once it has been shipped, please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to track your package until it is delivered.

Once your order has been confirmed, its cancellation is not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check if your request can still be taken into account.

After receiving your order, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days for eligible products, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

Yes, in-person pickup is available free of charge. The preparation time remains the same as indicated when you placed your order. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

When picking up your order, please bring your order and payment confirmation.

Yes, installment payments can be offered via Klarna when placing your order. Available options and eligibility are determined directly by Klarna at checkout.

The quantity needed varies depending on the type of hair extensions, length, texture, desired hairstyle, and desired volume.

For Weaves, we generally recommend:

Up to 16": 2 bundles
From 18" to 26": 3 bundles
From 28" and up: 4 bundles

For more volume, you will need more bundles than the recommended quantities.

For Crochet Hair, the quantity needed can vary more depending on the texture and the hairstyle created. For a Miracle Knots installation, it also depends on your natural hair and the desired result.

Please note: Many styles and results are available on our Instagram, along with information on the hair extensions used. Feel free to consult them to help you determine the most suitable quantity for your desired result.

If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on Instagram before placing your order so we can advise you on the most suitable quantity. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Maintenance Tips

Proper maintenance is essential to preserve the softness, flexibility, and shine of your hair extensions with each use.

When washing, shampoo, followed by a mask, then a conditioner. The frequency can be adjusted depending on how often you use the extensions and any product buildup. For detangling, preferably use a wide-tooth comb and proceed gently, from the ends to the roots.

After washing, let your extensions air dry whenever possible and make sure they are completely dry before sleeping.

Before sleeping, protect them with a satin bonnet or scarf.

When using a heating tool, always apply a heat protectant and a serum. Also, limit the frequency of heat use and avoid overloading the extensions with oils or other styling products to maintain their lightness.

To preserve the definition, softness, and quality of your curly hair, prioritize regular maintenance. When washing, shampoo followed by a mask. The Silicon Mix mask is particularly recommended.

Avoid detangling the hair when it's dry. Dampen it and gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and gradually working your way up to the roots.

To redefine curls daily, generously dampen your hair with a spray bottle, then apply a small amount of cream or jelly. Be careful not to overload the hair with products to preserve the lightness and natural movement of the curls.

After washing or defining your curls, air dry or use a diffuser on a low heat setting. Make sure your hair is completely dry before sleeping.

Before sleeping, separate your hair into several sections and create about 4 braids, then protect them with a satin bonnet or scarf to limit friction and tangles.

Yes, our Virgin Hair can be colored. However, any coloring can alter and weaken the hair fiber depending on the treatment performed.

We therefore recommend entrusting the coloring to a professional to best preserve the quality, softness, and lifespan of your hair extensions.
