Returns & Refunds Policy

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been unsealed, worn, tried on, washed, styled, coloured, cut or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged where the legal conditions for exclusion from the right of withdrawal apply.

Products that are made, altered or personalised specifically at the customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the exceptions provided for by applicable law.

For products eligible for the right of withdrawal, you have a legal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may also be required.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened and with all original packaging and protective materials intact.

All return requests must first be submitted by email to contact@hairstealyst.com. You will then receive the necessary return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or if the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
